  • Everyone, please note that an IPA meet lift posted on the internet does not always mean the lift is a good lift. Questionable lifts brought to our attention will be disallowed and not be posted as records on the IPA website or with OPEN POWERLIFTING. In addition, a blatant disregard of the rules may result in decertification of the meet director and judges.
