On April 29, 2023, an extraordinary lifter competed at the IPA Project Mayhem VA State Meet. Matthew Miles lifted 10 times his body weight, lifting raw. Matthew weighed in at 165 lbs. He squatted 606.3, benched 402.3 and deadlifted 644.8, totaling 1653.4 raw. Congratulations, Matthew on your awesome achievement!
